Udom government is a government of scam, i am telling you this because it isn't real. Take for example peacock paint, hatchery,car assembling plant, fetelizer plant, APC plant that is military vehicle etc we only saw their grand breaking but there is no single activity going on in those places. Akpabio is a great teacher who taught Udom how to loot and scam.
