50 acres of land is available for survey sponsorship in Epe by Express road.The land is free from government acquisition.
A sponsor is needed to finance the survey document and layout for the family.
Sponsor will be entitled to 30 plots of land.

Procedure
Sponsor is expected to
a. Visit land for inspection
b. Have meeting with family members
c. Drop 1.5 million naira for bush entrance ,provisional survey plan to be used for chatting information in Lagos state survey agency and commence of field work.
d. Draft arrangement for documentation
e. Upon receiving official chatting information from government that the land is free from government acquisition, sponsor to make payment ( 5 million ) for survey registration and layout.
f. Sponsor will allocated 30 plots.
