ﺍﻟﻠَّﻬُﻢَّ ﺃَﻧْﺖَ ﺭَﺑِّﻲ ﻟّﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻪَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺃَﻧْﺖ، ﺧَﻠَﻘْﺘَﻨِﻲ ﻭَﺃَﻧَﺎ ﻋَﺒْﺪُﻙَ، ﻭَﺃَﻧَﺎ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻋَﻬْﺪِﻙَ ﻭَﻭَﻋْﺪِﻙَ ﻣَﺎ ﺍﺳْﺘَﻄَﻌْﺖ، ﺃَﻋُﻮﺫُ ﺑِﻚَ ﻣِﻦْ ﺷَﺮِّ ﻣَﺎ ﺻَﻨَﻌْﺖ، ﺃَﺑُﻮﺀُ ﻟَﻚَ ﺑِﻨِﻌْﻤَﺘِﻚَ ﻋَﻠَﻲَّ، ﻭَﺃَﺑُﻮﺀُ ﺑِﺬَﻧْﺒِﻲ ﻓَﺎﻏْﻔِﺮ ﻟِﻲ ﻓَﺈِﻧَّﻪُ ﻟَﺎ ﻳَﻐْﻔِﺮُ ﺍﻟﺬُّﻧُﻮﺏَ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﺃَﻧْﺖ



Allahumma anta rabbee la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtanee wa-ana ‘abduka, wa-ana ‘alaa ‘ahdika wawa’dika mas-tata’tu, a’oothu bika min sharri ma sana’tu, aboo-o laka bini’matika ‘alaya, wa-aboo-o bizambee, faghfir lee, fa-innahu la yaghfiruz-zunooba illa ant.

O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshiped except You, You created me and I am Your servant and I abide to Your covenant and promise [to honor it] as best I can, I take refuge in You from the evil of which I committed. I acknowledge Your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except You.’ [/size]



The Prophet, Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Aalihi Wa Sallam, added, “If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of [size=18]Paradise[/size] and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it and dies before the morning he will be from the people of [size=18] Paradise.” [/size] [Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 75, Number 318]

I will pray for her but to my own believe reciting Quran to dead person is not good, it has no origin from Sunnah of Muhammad peace be upon him.


Ya Allah grant her, her children, her entire family, I myself and all Muslims right from prophet Adam (Pbum) up to unborn Muslims that are yet to come Jannatul Firdausil A'ala.

May her Good deeds overshadowed the opposite. May She rest in her grave before moving to her permanent site which is Jannah by the grace of God.

Make sincere dua for ur dead mother, give in charity on her behalf even if it is half a date fruit, it will reach her, if she's a muslimah. We hope and pray for Jannah for her.

Death is but a reminder, to increase in our ibadah, for those of us that are still alive.

#PS; Repay all her debt, if not all the charity and good deeds will be pending until it is repaid, wallaahu allaam.

In shaaa Allaah we'll meet in Jannatul firdaws, ameen.
