This is a good one, other employees laid off by way of sack due to company economic downturn must learn from this and go to court immediately.

"The judge ruled that each of the workers was entitled to be paid his last gross salary for four years after being sacked and ordered MTN to pay with an additional N10,000 each as cost."

So if the gross pay was N6mil * 4 years = N24million PLUS additional N10,000 = N24,010,000 shocked shocked

(MTN is already the Federal Republic of Nigeria some Blns') + (N24,010,000 * 63 passengers workers) = Error figures embarassed embarassed

Are you talking about the same exploitative MTN, that refused to change to per seconds billing then until Glo forced them to do it.

The truth is the more fines the government extract from MTN are dearly paid back double by the poor masses, they should just leave.
