Lol.... Nigerians can claim every and anytin.... He is an American with African root, just like other African American.

He is not an American, he is a Nigerian. He still has his Nigerian accent and he entered America when he was in his twenties. Trump appointed him because he is one of the richest black professionals in America and he didn't make his money through entertainment like most black rich men in America.

Nigerians and Nigeria are underdeveloped in every thing both in thinking and behavioural. Why can't them hold their governments in power full time accontable irrespective of political parties to work hard for them? American lawmakers made laws to benefit everyone in america. But in Nigeria there is nothing positve about Nigeria lawmakers. Did Americans that didn't sold their right or votes/pvcs for snacks, cocking oil, maggis and N2000 pot of soups; are they not human beings like you

The day you were born ---------- The day you die in Nigeria =?

... I can't stop laughing. American! Indeed. Yoruba man,is forever in love with his root. He cannot forget his root. Besides, there are uncountable and eligible Yoruba like him even in diaspora. Proudly Yoruba.

So is he going to work for Yoruba people now? Or Americans? Wake up from your dreams.

....Definitely, he will work for the American government. It has never been in contention but the aspect of Yoruba man forgetting is home is the bone of contention. If you belong to the class of those who think working for America is a big deal, then, you must be living in planet Mars. Anyone who works for America government is to SERVE. Besides, he isn't the first at all but this came as a shocker because DONALD TRUMP had accused Nigerians (Yoruba in the majority of the educated Nigerians residents in America) of coming to United States of America and stealing their jobs. And he had promised to send all Nigerians packing. But the man is a dog who ate his own VOMIT.

Nigerians keep getting a hardon when a person of Nigerian descent gets appointed to an exalted position abroad. I always wonder what the whole Hullabaloo is about, what makes a man is it his environment or his name? For all I care that man is only Nigerian by name...He is a full blooded American and would work in Americas interest. Nigerians should focus on the myriad of issues before them.
we are not rejoicing because a Nigerian has been appointed but because it has put to bed the notion in our heart that Donald Trump is a racist - he hates the blacks and Nigerians in particular.

the issue of Nigerians in the US being repatriated after Trump has been inaugurated has died a shameful death.

Which right thinking person ever believed that a man legally sojourning in a foreign land would be deported overnight? This is a none issue and that guy is only a Nigerian by name...he is an American in principle!

The guy is an American.

And how many Americans historically and presently have his first and last name?.
Appreciate and honor.
Give credence to Mr Trump for not being myopic.
Give him his due and achieved respect.
Embrace and congratulate him.
Don't sell your cream of the crop to the wind.

Blessed be.

That trump appointed him doesn't change the fact that he is the king of douchbaggery and that he was elected President by AmeriKKKans .
