• Platinum : Investment band of N10m and above .
• Diamond: Investment band of N5m and less than N10m
• Gold : Investment band of N2m and less than N5m.
• Silver : Investment band of N500,000 and less than N2m.
• Bronze : Investment band of N100,000 and less than N500,000.

• We shall also be contributing to increase supply of housing thus solving housing needs of some people.
Tenor

Tenor shall be minimum of 6 months to 2 years with option of roll over.

Returns on Investment

• 10% to 35% per annum ROI depending on tenor of investments.

Exit Before Maturity
