surely, e no fit finish... People who own will be willing to sell. Scarcity no mean say sth don finish.. It means difficult to obtain. So what I meant was in the nearest future it would be difficult to obtain and would sell for higher prices........
Just like one of the characteristics of money is scarcity. Money no fit ever finish but its usually quite difficult to obtain.

Talk about one chance. That's how my cousin losts her savings. Bought a land an old building in it via an agency. For some crazy reason the agent was also the land owner........lond story short, two days before moving in,the police and the actual owner came knocking.
