Firstly, Christian education was the brainchild of Western Education in Nigeria. Hence you are so wrong in thinking that it will affect secular education and secularity as a way of life.
Secondly, no matter how much you pamper the north to see reason, you cannot take Sharia from them. so its better we shun pretence and face our fears. Saying that the creation of a Christian court system will further justify sharia law is all like hiding behind a finger.
Lastly, you said it doesnt make sense abi? Wait until you take beer in Kofar Mata in kano and you are flogged 1million lashes of cane before you know that you are a christian and should be judged by the law that partains ro your faith.

This is a ploy to smuggle Sharia law into our constitution. If Christian court is approved, which will make the country amend it's constitution to accommodate such, then Sharia courts will spread from Islamic north to Christian south.

The awful part is that the christian court will be checkmated and persecuted to irrelevance in the north due to their intolerance, while Sharia court will thrive in the south due to Christian tolerance. This means that sharia will rule is in the christian south, while Christian court will be dead on arrival in the north.
