Toilet will be 4*10
Then the room will be 10*10
That is IN to IN measurement

Looking at that picture of the main house roofing from the distance. What's that other small house next to it, security? It seems so close to the main house though, why, lot size may be?

Thanks boss man, there is no security house in the last pics,what you see there that project -out is part of the building, the security house is separate to the main building
But we have about 5ft distance in BTW the 2 structures

Cost of materials have change drastically now
We spend about 900k the for the wood work and the step tiles ( cost of materials and workmanship)
For the parapet we spend about 270k(both materials and workmanship)

Security house over site concrete done, we used DPM membrane to protect any dampness.
