The Inspector General Police of Police, Ogbonnaya Onovo said that families of Kidnapped victims should stop paying ransom to kidnappers, that way, kidnapping will stop.

Let's list kidnapped victims here. is there any solution to this?

Just like that, what is he doing about it. Don't pay ransom and watch what will happen.

To stop paying ransome removes incentives for the kidnappers however the full weight of the law must be made to bear on them to act as a deterrant.
