Joe Agi, who came second in the party’s December 2014 primary, had asked the court to sack Ayade over false declaration of age. Good judgement but I hope the dirty rumour about the Supreme Court is not true? The rumour on every lip in Calabar was that Amaechi, Oyegun, Okorocha and APC have extracted a commitment from Gov Ayade to lobby Supreme Court justices and influence the judgement in his favour but on condition that he defects to APC afterwards. The new Chief justice of the Federation (also from Cross River) for the first time in the history of Nigeria was appointed in acting capacity with a mandate to among other conditions deliver Gov Ayade before his appointment can be confirmed 3 Likes |

I am happy about this but there's is a new trend evolving at the supreme court which is bad for us as a nation. anybody who somehow and someway gets himself into power remains there and wins the case. the supreme court does not have the will to remove governors already seated. anyway wetin be my own sef? na PDP wey I hate go suffer am. 2 Likes |

I don't know why politicians waste money till supreme court.Those old men and women there have never change any election in sometime now even when tribunal or appeal says otherwise.They just let the state be. 1 Like |
