Sometimes I marvel when I look at the size of a man's belly bigger that an 8months pregnant woman. What is inside their tummy to make to that size? Fat? |

The stomach and intestine have muscular wall that can stretch and cope with loads of stress - especially the Stomach. In most cases, it will be layers of fat and oversized internals - i.e intestine et al.  |
