Just like the body craves for Sushi, Pizza, Afang, Rice, Chicken etc so the spirit craves for fellowship with God and his word. You are what you eat, what do you eat? Sincere milk of the word, Meat, Strong Meat or Strong Bone (for Sons).Where is your level? Are you growing or suffering from kwashiorkor?

Your life is based on what goes in.

The big question is: What goes in? Who are you listening too? Who are your friends? What kind of visuals do you expose yourself too? Life is more than just a routine; consciously make decisions to build up you. Emphasis on BUILD and YOU.it takes you to do that; the bible tells us in 1 Peter 2; 5, that we are living stones being built up as a lineage of priests offering acceptable sacrifices continually.

You cannot offer anything to him until know him. It’s not enough to hear this thing only at church.it is a continuous process.
