Passengers that hoped to travel to London yesterday morning 10th December were shocked to learn that their flight will be delayed from 12.30p.m. to 12.15a.m. (12hrs).

The airline claimed that they had sent messages the day before to inform the passengers which they all refuted the claim saying that no such message was sent. Passengers were seen very frustrated and shouting due to this.

Further investigations revealed that Arik Air has not flown to London for the last 3 (days). Passengers that decided to stay in the airport or come back to catch the re-scheduled flight this morning by 12.15a.m. were again left disappointed as their flight was postponed to 9.30a.m.....
