All is set for 9th edition of Abubakar Bukola Saraki golf competition, an 18 holes tournament to mark 54th birthday of the Senate President. The Captain of Ilorin Golf Club, Pharmacist Layi Maliki disclosed to newsmen in Ilorin on Tuesday that the 18 holes competition is to be organized by the club as part of activities to commemorate the 54th birthday anniversary of the Kwara ex-Governor. The competition according to Maliki would be played on Sunday, December 18, and with tee-off beginning from 7:00a.m. The Ilorin Golf Club’s captain told newsmen that the Senate President is expected to perform the ceremonial tee-off alongside the Kwara State Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed. http://www.theguildng.com/?p=10825 |
