Yes, it is a converted British specification car.

Looks ok, though it would be better if the dash wood trim is replaced, with the brushed aluminium trim that was unique to the Avensis T3-S and T-Spirit models.

Or if it's hard to locate, replace the 4 trim pieces on the doors to match the dash, i.e wood veneer. Will make the car seem a lot more complete.

Otherwise, it's a nice car.

Why couldnt u simply state the car has been converted. After all you stated all the features of the car but u forgot or ommited to post something IMPORTANT the future owner must know.

I think he's well aware it's been converted.

Handbrake, beltline trim are dead give aways. Not to mention the most obvious aspect - the British registration.
Still a nice clean car, nonetheless, it's just nice whan a seller lets potential buyers know what's been changed, so future item replacement is easy.

Even if he didnt know before, cant he modify his post now and state it there.
Thats what a salesman with integrity ought to do besides that General Nairaland courtesy or culture. It makes me think How do I know if wellas the other cars are not converted or even accidented and he forgot to post that info.

@ATILLA. I think you are trying to kill a fly with a sledgehammer. Like i mentioned earlier in another thread, non of my posts is crafted with deceit aforethought like is the option of some threads i have come across. The pictures of the car tells clearly the origin of the car. The number plates, the hand brake positon and other VISIBLE areas. And that is why i put the pix. If you want to buy a car that have three tyres and you dont observe it who will you blame. Besides, this car is not a lemon so i dont have any apprehension as to the end users response afterwards.

But, you're assuming the items in the pictures will tell every potential buyer, your car's been converted.

The fact is, not every potential buyer is car savvy, and will merely take it as a stock LHD Avensis. It IS best to state clearly in your advert, that your car is a converted RHD model. Rather than just assume "potential buyers should know." Rather than defend your actions, why not simply ammend the current thread title?

I see you've now added "converted to LHD" right at the bottom, which is good, but easy to miss. Especially as it's buried under the essay-like description, most of which are repeated all through the advert. I'd make it shorter, and more to the point. It's a nice car, and will sell.
