By LAYENI ALIU. Let me divulge that I am in Irascible humour and synchronously weeping inside. Truly, what can I say that no one has not said inter-alia about the level of corruption in our political system? A country without a National creed,a no man's land peopled by homophobic and sadist species,a country with a sub-structure that is rentier and accumulation process that is largely primitive,a country with elite who love best in the world, and loathe their replication in their own country,a thieving elite made of ceremonial fops and parvenus who now owns sizable percent of choicest property in various country of the world, and have also bought up huge chunk of apartments in London and numerous others,in other climes wit fleets of private jet. This country has become a victim of its blessing through the activities of this warped and backward elite, issue of corruption have been a public discuss and pervasive in the aspect of Nigeria politics. Fraud, embezzlement, theft, and bribes has been a part of our political elite in other to enrich there own pocket. The selfish accumulation of this elites have lead to misallocation of the country economy resources. However, corruption as become a cankerworm in Nigeria as proffesor adamolekun pointed out that Nigeria is in the golden age of corruption, various probes of our elite in different facets of the Nigerian society are too Numerous to mention, these elites have also bastardized democracy to the enjoyment of Cabal on behalf of the expense of the vast majority. The top most cadre of government was in mess of budget padding, the rest two tier were equally riddle with corrupt practices. These elites regarded politics as a means of becoming rich over night, this resultantly posed a tremendous difficulty for this country whose economy and political development was at a crawling stage. At this cosmopolitan juncture the Nigeria elite should be seen as a backward one which what they knew is there stomach infrastructure and all the policies not for the benefit of the (have not) but for themselves.

All these grammar will end up as grammar until we are all ready to protest Nigerian government leaders out of the seats they are occupying!

Two countries protested their leaders out because they voted them in. It is only in Nigeria that you vote people in and can't protest them out.

People with big names in Nigeria, those with companies should be a part of the protest if the interest of the people is paramount to them.

We don't have to wait for most people to starve or everyone to. If we all protest until the government can no longer take it, they will have no choice but to resign and other countries would be fussed to support but those countries won't do anything because we ourselves are comfortable with the state we are in.

Imagine our sports minister that should have been sacked immediately is still occupying that office for the unthoughtful, complacent and lackadaisical statement he made regarding the team that won the cup.

The Nigerian carmy plus police and all uniform men can't kill all Nigerians if they are the ones government will use on us (Nigerians) as they did in the last administration when protest was on against the federal government for fuel subsidy removal.

The ball is in Nigerians' court not the government's court.
