Recently, Yahoo Inc. confirmed a massive cyber security breach on its network which impacted over five hundred million users.

Based on the ongoing investigation, Yahoo believes that personal information associated with these email accounts were compromised.

It's being generally advised across all online financial and other vulnerable online institutions/platforms that if you are using a yahoo mail account, you should change your security log in details for both of your financial institutions and that of your email itself. This might have to include your mobile banking login details, PayPal, social media accounts and other media accounts that you might have registered your email with.

This data breach is said to be the largest ever in history of cyberspace and who knows, it might have affected you.
