The VC led team administrative of Lagos state university, in conjunction with the Lagos state university Christian community organized its maiden edition of christmas carol. It held yesterday at the LASU main auditorium, the outcome really shows that that LASU has once more proved its distinction, the success of the carol no doubt reveal the efforts of both staff and students including the school administration to make it what it was.
  The attendance was surprisingly large, as it was attended by the distinguished staff and students of LASU. Also in attendance was the amiable V.C. Prof. Fagbohun and members of the school administrative body. The V.C. Prof. Fagbohun expressed happiness as he stood to dace when the songs presentation were on.
  Following the carol day, being today 16 Dec 2016, is the distinguished event,  award day organized by Lagos state university, the award programm was held at the same venue as the carol. At the event, awards were respectively presented to those who deserved it, also at the award programm, the V.C. Prof. Olarewaju Fagbohun was awarded the best vice chancellor of the year. He received the award of "Excellence and Qualitative Transformation" this evening in Lagos. He dedicated the award to all Council Members, members of the University Senate, all members of the University Management, Staff, Students and the entire University Community who have all been supportive to his administration.
