We engage in Real estate Services, Construct Commercial and Residential Buildings, Finance/Consultancy. We are seeking to engage suitably qualified individuals to fill the position below:

B. REQUIREMENTS

1. Customer Relation Personnel

A female
Not above the age of 27 years (Single)
A graduate of any Social Sciences or Arts discipline from a recognized Institution.
She MUST possess N.Y.S.C. Discharge Certificate.
She MUST be above average in level of proficiency in Computer literacy.
She must possess a very good level of communication (Oral and Written).
She MUST be residing around Ibeju-Lekki axis or be willing to relocate.
She MUST possess ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
She MUST be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
She MUST Commitment to work overtime on occasion.

2. Marketing Officers

Flair for marketing.
Candidate Must be highly enthusiastic.
Should have good customer relationship and communication skills.
Be bold, poised, confident, sociable and outgoing.
Relevant working experience in Real Estate is an added advantage.
Graduate in relevant field.
Male/Female.
Residence within Ajah/Ibeju-Lekki axis will be an added advantage.

3. Engineer (Civil/Builder/Structural)

Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or Building or a relevant field of Engineering.
Working knowledge of statutory requirements and procedures in construction.
Must have the aptitude for time management.
Should have the ability to solve problems that are complex. Possessing mathematical skills is a must.
Must possess good technical knowledge.
Good at prioritising tasks and a great team player
Minimum of 2 years working experience
Proficiency in the use of MS Office support tools and AutoCAD.

LOCATION: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.
