We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Marketers

Job type: Freelance

Location: Abuja

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Market the Hotel and its services.

You will be entitled to an attractive commission based on any business you bring to the hotel.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Identifying potential business deals by thoroughly analyzing the local and national market.

2) Making use of personal and professional contacts to fill the business development pipeline by engaging with prospective and existing clients.

3) Closing new business deals by coordinating the clients’ requirements, including (but not limited to) developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with the hotel business operations.

4) Disseminate facts and information about the Hotel’s facilities/product.

5) Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

Act as the company gatekeeper. Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
6) Use social media sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to promote discounts and coupons.

Plan advertising campaigns.

Handle product recalls

Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.

Inform customer of deals and promotions.

Work with Guest Relation Officer to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Close out or open call records.

Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) A good degree in Marketing or equivalent.

2) Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing.
Experience in hotel marketing could be an added advantage.

3) A good command over language and strong ability to interact with persons of different industry vertical.

4) Must be a team player with ability to work independently/ excellent marketing qualities.
