There's nothing like manager in the Church.

THE LEADER is the one who has the ORIGINAL VISION and SCOPE of how the CHURCH WILL EVENTUALLY TURN OUT... HE IS USUALLY A PIONEER
pioneers are starters NOT necessarily managers

A MANAGER MAINTAINS a place in a given state or level and ensures it doesn't fall below standard.. A CHURCH MANAGER IS USUALLY CALLED AN ADMINISTRATOR and their task is to collate and organize the happenings and statistics from every unit and department in the church. THEY DO NOT PREACH OR LEAD IN THE CHURCH BUT THEY ARE IN CHARGE OF ALLOCATIONS AND TRANSFER OR REMUNERATIONS

LEADERS only look around and FORWARD before making major decisions but ADMINS look around, backward, outside, sideways and finally they look to the leader BEFORE making major decisions.

ADMINS need to constantly seek permission from LEADERS
but
LEADERS do not need permission from ADMINS only reports and statistical analysis.

CHURCHES WHO DO NOT HAVE MANAGERS DO NOT GROW NEATLY WITH A CLEARLY DEFINED PATH OF AUTHORITY... SUCH CHURCHES MAY HAVE LARGE MEMBERSHIP BUT IN SOME AREAS NO ORDER.... and they may be internal power tussles at the TOP
