As shared by Akwarandu..... 'Rediscover Imo: Imo Pensioners doing Christmas carnival at Government house roundabout. This is happening a day after the Governor celebrated His Jamboree thanksgiving where our common wealth was lavished on the innocent Ghanaian president elect whom I know will not accept to be used if He knew that Gov. Okorocha has "spended" ego Ndi Imo'. May I ask why the 40%?The last time he paid them was 70%.I thought President Buhari released money to state governors recently. These deductions will likely make many Nigerians unpatriotic. As it stands now, many people are not to work for government. How can we pay our retired civil servants that have the country many years 40% of their salaries? Is this constitutional?
