A motorcyclist caused a huge public scene after embarrassing a Ugandan traffic officer in Kampala. The cyclist broke a traffic rule and in the course of his arrest -he ran away from the officer who was already holding his cloth. The traffic officer immediately landed on the ground -as the cyclist took off.
