I hosted my bulk SMS, www.vinsms.con on Bluehost, they asked me to remove the site because their system dictated spc4 component as a malware. I tried syskay and some basic functions of the spc4 are not working: automated payment using voguepay and scheduling of SMS delivery is not working also.

Please can someone help explain why they are not working?
What then is the best host for SMS portal site?

Hi, sorry about your experiences. Have you tried namecheap? i use namecheap
Automated Payment: have you filled in your merchant ID?
Scheduling: did you setup the cron job?

P.S the word is "SPAM words" not the one you used.

Yes I have set cron jobs. Anyway I will try namecheap, but i do not know if their pacakge allows for. Downgrading of php. Because I have discovered that it is what is causing my portal not automate voguepay API in my site..the former host runns on php 5.6

Why not go for a vps?? Digital ocean, linode and aws are relatively cheap!!! And u have total control over ur system!!!
