The delta state Governor Dr. Ifeanyi okowa has refused paying teachers in the state, following the information on trend to demote teachers as embarked by his administration, the primary and secondary school teachers lamented over non payment of salaries for over 4months. Teachers should be rewarded here on earth. Government should please save our future. Cc:lalasticlala
