U can try this tea called horlicks. 2 or 3 spons in a cup with warm water can help u sleep. I've experienced it before and it's horrible. Horlicks is about N1,100

Before you go to bed: -Drink a glass of warm water. -Take a calcium-magnesium supplement. It'll relax your body and prepare you for sleep. -Worry less and free your mind.  |
