Try transferring the money to an account with a higher limit e.g. a current account, then use the account to pay.

Anyways, since it's aliexpress you are lucky, look for a relative or a friend with Gtb or Uba account, fund your alipocket with 100Us dollars and pay the balance with your card,
Better still pay using access bank as their limits is 200 US dollars.
