Job Title: Business Officer/Business Development Manager

Job Description
1. Recognise opportunities for business expansion – Conduct research and mine internal data to find ways to serve existing markets, identify new markets for existing products, and propose ideas for new products to serve existing and potential markets.
2. Undertake business development and sales/marketing – Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy. Develop marketing materials. Initiate, build and manage marketing campaigns and quantify the return on investment with each campaign. Identify and nurture new market opportunities with limited support.
3. Research and development – Research and develop business models by gathering intelligence on customers and competitors and working with crossfunctional teams to come up with product concepts and designs that will drive the creation and delivery of innovative solutions and accumulation of new data sources
4. Present competitive analysis and market intelligence – Stay current with market developments, practice trends and promulgations in the credit bureau industry globally; recommend new or revised marketing strategies/techniques, product offerings and processes for effective operations of a
world-class innovative credit bureau. Organize and/ or represent the Company online
5. Perform other duties – from time to time, represent the Company through publications, online articles, newsletters, customer site visits as well as perform other business development duties as directed by the Head, Business Development & Strategy or Management
6. Ability to communicate (oral and written form) and work well with people at all levels
7. Attention to details and well-organized approach to work
8. Effectively develop marketing materials, promotions and campaigns, even on short notice
9. Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
