Which Reads That All Nurses In Delta State were
expected to go on strike as from 12 midnight of
23rd December, 2016 due to non payment of
arrears of Nurses in Delta State and other issues.

in the final Notice: No Nurse in Delta State should
be seen within 3 kilometre radius of their
hospitals.

READ THE STRIKE NOTIFICATION LETTER BELOW

" Dear Sir/Madam.

I am directed to inform you that negotiations with
the state Ministry Of Health on the following
issues has broken down.

1. Non implementation of the panel's report on the
Nurses/workers of Eku Baptist Hospital.

2. Non Implementation of promotion of our
members carried out by the board from CONHESS
14 to 15.

3. Non payment of arrears of salaries of Nurses

4. Failure to address the acute shortages of
Nurses in our health facilities.

Consequently, Arising from series of decision of
meetings of the various organs of the association
held on the 19th, 20th and 21st of December, 2016
respectively, all nurses working in the hospitals
Management Board are hereby directed to embark
on an indefinite strike action beginning from 12
midnight of 23rd of December, 2016 until all our
demands are met.

Take Note, No Nurse in Delta State should be
seen within 3 kilometre radius of their hospitals.
