I just bought this phone, brand new at the rate of #31500 from a mall in Ibadan not up to 2 months ago. Last night, I noticed it was very hot while I was charging it, so I removed the charger and use the phone like that till the battery ran down. Now I plugged my phone, the red led is on but phone refuses to come up, and its now even hotter if I tried to plug the charger. What should I do?

Yet to visit their office to collect the phone, I've been busy. I will go there this week, But i believe the issue would have been resolved, if not, i guess they will issue a new phone to me. Thanks sis.

Thanks but mine does so irrespective of the number of opened apps. E dey chop for the phone head... Sometimes, its slides like a creamy butter, other times it hangs like Glo ussd command... Thank you once again.... How far with your phone too?

I've gotten my phone back yesterday. And everything now works fine. ... Note: always back up your data before taking your phone to Carl care center, because they always wiped phone clean after repair.
