We are currently recruiting for the position of a ATL MARKETING EXECUTIVE and a CLIENT RELATION OFFICER for one of the leading Mobile phone Manufacturing company in Nigeria

JOB TITLE: ATL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: LAGOS
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Successful candidate will be responsible for using mass media to promote our client brands and reach out to the target consumers. These include conventional media as we know it, television and radio advertising, print as well as internet.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Must possess minimum of second class in Sales, Marketing.
• Minimum 2-3 years post-NYSC experience in Marketing
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a Telecommunication environment will be an added advantage.

JOB TITLE: CLIENT RELATION OFFICER
LOCATION: LAGOS
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
2. To resolve the day to day queries from clients and providing them support for routine issue
3. Follow up and resolving complaints from clients
4. Visiting clients, preparing and giving presentations including to policyholders;
5. Follow up on business leads.
SKILLS
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good people skills where building Relationships comes naturally
• Demonstrates leadership qualities
• Ability to be flexible and to prioritize in complex situations
• Must be able to Resolve Conflict swiftly.
• Must also be good in Coordination, Listening, Scheduling and Teamwork
• Critical Thinking – Must be able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Must possess minimum of second class in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years post-NYSC experience
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a similar work environment will be an added advantage.
