4. You would also want to know if the land is a committed land, encumbered land, allocated land or free from encumbrance
5. You would also need to know the nature of document you will be having when you buy that hand; is it c of o, deed of assignment, global c of o survey plan etc.
6. You would want to know if there is any dispute on the land; how many families, communities own the land, have the land been mortgaged, is there any case in court regarding the land etc.
