Rubber Stamp legislators, wike will be forming democrat while in the real sense, he is a monster. A bill presented on Wednesday passed on Friday after proper scrutiny by Amehwhule committee. I think Rivers budget is better and more hopeful than federal gvt budget.
*Federal Government budget=30% for capital projects.
70% for recurrent=waste.
*Rivers State Budget
*70%=Capital Projects.
*30% For recurrent.
