I finished nysc this October and there us no job to do. I met someone who said I should join peace corps. I was told am going to pay 16000 naira for the form and 40000 naira for the training... I don't want to be coined that is why am asking , is this right?

Don't enrich anybody in the name joining peace corp.we all recall what happened to NSCDC volunteers,Fed Govt will soon inaugurate it which then the recruitment would be made public.

That person that told you to pay 16000k for the form is a thief,, they form is 1500, and you will pay they 40k in peace corps Account in the bank and not on hand or cash,, is better you go to there office on your own to confirm everything.

yesterday.. if I go through all this , how much do they earn at the end of the month ...

use your money wise, i got the form at 1500, but i have decided not to pay the stup id 40k. I know some guys that have paid since 2011 and yet to be called in. And i heard they wont do it till 2020.
