In the Democratic Republic Of The Congo a peace deal was brokered thanks to the Catholic Church after months of a series of disagrements on sone stucking points. Kabila will leave office at the the end of December 2017. He will not seek reelection and will not make any attempt to amend the constitution. A prime minister from the opposition is to be appointed . Had this been in Westt Africa , ECOWAS would have launched a military operation to unsit Kabila under the advices of European gun dealers turned state officials. |
