That is higher institution 4 u, they will find a way to collect more from u, it's not compulsory to pay all before receiving lectures, but u must pay all first semester fee before exam. And as for the exam date I'm not sure because I'm already out of the system but I know it can't hold by January, so if you resume by January you can cope through hardwork.
