What is the Digital Marketing Fellowship Program about?
The Next Digital Talent Digital Marketing Fellowship Program (Circle I) supports the Google commitment to train 1,000,000 Africans on Digital Skills.
It aims to offer diverse or underrepresented job seekers exposure to the Marketing Communication industry. Successful Candidates will be offered Internship Opportunity with Partnered Agencies.
Applicants in the program will engage in a 3 approach Talent Acquisition agenda
The 1st Agenda;
• The Practical Digital Skills Training Session will take place, which will encompass:
• Ad Sales
• Business Development
• SEO
• Paid Advertising
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Development
• Web Development and UX
The 2nd Agenda;
• The Pitch and Decision Stage: Every Applicant is required to demonstrate skills to be learnt in any of the trained area on the training day. Top Best Candidate will be picked in accordance to the requirement of internship placement.
The 3rd Agenda;
• Interview/ Placement in any of the training category for Successful Candidates and Opportunity for further life changing global trainings with Next Digital Talent.
Qualifications/Requirements

Raw, creative talent with diverse backgrounds and a desire to achieve & jump into the thick of the digital marketing world is required.

Those new to digital marketing are encouraged to apply. Fellows are individuals who have a strong desire to pursue a creative career in digital and social media, an understanding of behaviors and content on established and emerging social and streaming platforms with love for International Trainings.
Applicants must have either an HND or bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates)
