Xtruct Systems is a company that provides Enterprise Managed services and Network Infrastructure.
We provide Cloud services, Networking services, Storage and Servers to our esteemed clients.
We are looking for an additional member of our Business Team.

Job Title: Account Manager
The role of the Account Manager (AM) is to develop and execute the strategic sales and marketing plans for the key accounts (Business Plan outlined by the Director of Sales and Marketing).

The AM shall be responsible for managing all areas of business relationship with the key accounts

The AM is the main contact with all key accounts and is the liaison between the various business departments and the key accounts. The Account Manager reports directly to the Senior Business Manager

Work Requirements
I. Learn and have basic knowledge of all product line
a. Grow existing product offerings
II. Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills
III. Building and nurturing internal and external relationships
a. Meet set targets
b. Maintain record of clients, birthdays
IV. Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and help the company reach sales target
V. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maintain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
VI. Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
VII. Meet deadlines for delivery in assigned accounts
VIII. Respond to bids
IX. Prepare proposals and official letters
X. Report to Sales Director
XI. Any additional duties assigned by Manager

II. Sharp, professional demeanor – situational dominance
III. Personality and aptitude for sales
IV. Excellent communication and ability to follow-through on transactions
V. Work well individually and in teams
VI. In-depth product knowledge:
a. Undergo all Partner sales trainings
b. Obtain at least two Partner Sales certifications

Total Remuneration- NGN120,000
