Was she not invited as wife of president to the programme? Or will the organizers say that they won't invite her because the president made that statement she can't/won't be invited to events like that .

She was to deliver a speech as Nigeria's first lady, do you expect her to sponsor herself .

Even companies pay for delegates sent or staff that has to do stuffs outside the country not to talk of the government.

I still don't see what the hullabo is about. If she has millions of dollars in her account, SR should inform us I will be interested then.

The high commission deemed it fit to foot the bills, they should know how it was spent ,now if we are talking about what office of the government should take care of her trip, it would have been a different case entirely either way goverenment paid.

Besides SR is just showing proof she travelled with a 4 or 5man entourage and they used 10k pounds to host her after the denial , its not that its wrong in the real sense. She asked them to show proof and they did simple.
