A two-storey house of apartments; finished a few months ago, with extremely classy hotel-like interior and exterior. Good water flow into each apartment and also in a very peaceful environment....

Rent: 800K

(Breakdown: -
Rent per year: 500K
Agreement, commission and all: 300K)

There are about 6 flats in total and 3 have been taken.

I tire o. Standard agency and commission is supposed to be 10% each of the rent per annum
