Brig Gen Sule Zakari Kazaure, has this afternoon appeal to all Batch A serving corp members over the delay on their December allowee payment. In his speech at NYSC headquarters Abuja, he said that; a new plan and agreement has been reach by the NYSC stakeholders to stop the payment of allowee on monthly bases, rather to pay it in bulk at the end of the service year. He further said; that the reason behind this decision, is to make corp members engage in other entrepreneurial activities that they could make money from and be independent and Carter for themselves than relying on their allowee, as was taught during their orientation program (SAED) at the camp. He therefore said that, corp members should stop expecting the alert of their monthly allowee and get to work. He further said that, the 2016 Batch B, will only be paid for 5months to enable them stand or get settled at their various places of primary assignments, after which, no more monthly payments till the end of their service year. He therefore appeal to corp members for any harm or inconveniences this development may cause, saying that the corp members and the Federal government will enjoy the dividends of the plan afterwards :http//channeltv/fridday12:30pm news.com.uk.ng

It's high time Nigerian graduates stop relying on the government and create jobs through entrepreneurship.
