I have been observing something for some time now and I thing it is worth sharing before I make conclusions. I have been applying for BEA award for some years now with the recent ones that of 2015 and 2016. The last year screening was hell, I was in Abeokuta as early as I could and got back to Ibadan very late that same day. I made a lot of friends and made sure I follow up to with the friends to confirm who won the award but never knew one. The 2017 application is out an on this url: http://www.education.gov.ng/fsb/bea_2017/index.php. Does that mean this application are just mere formality or do you know someone who won the last year awards? I need answers....... "Habi it is buhari again"
