This government insensitivity stinks to high heaven.

How can a government that cannot sustain an already existing scheme(NYSC) venture to create another money gulping scheme(NPower) with no provision whatsoever on how this new schemes is going to be funded.

Ever since the inception of this administration, NYSC scheme has been Subjected to very unfair treatment-from postponement of the Orientation camp date to the dearth of camp facilities like drugs to meet medical needs of corp members. This neglect has claim the lives of some Corp members.

Now the issue is, December allowance has not been paid in most of the state and the government is has paid Npower stipends and 5000 monthly to the "poor" in other to just prove that they are fuffiling their campaign promises.

This is a classic case of rubbing peter to pay Paul. The truth is funds that was ready to pay up corp members has been tampered with just to satisfy this new schemes. Corp members are been used as sacrificial lambs. I have a strong feeling this December allowance won't be paid anytime soon, if it will be paid at all. Those waiting to see alert should better re-strategize on how to meet their basic needs.

The things is if they can't sustain the program anymore then it is better they just scrap it and save would-be corp members from the stress and hunger.

Most of Corp members are still at home and are due to resume back to their respective state of deployment for clearance but are unable to because of lack of transportation fare and other sundry needs .

To cap it all. There has not been any release on why allowance has not been paid- till now to douse tension amongst Corp member. It is really sad and a shame for Nigeria.

This is not a country that takes it citizens nor youths serious. SENT as received
