You are entitled to your own opinion but the truth is that ICSL is REAL. For your information, they dont only recruit for GTBank. I have people that got jobs through them.

NO, a lot of companies still recruit B.Sc holders more than HND holders. Do not forget that all the banks looking for OND pay them less.

If this is real, then they are doing a great job, since no money is involved one can only try their luck.

@bolagurl. You can only apply if you have your original OND certificate. 22 is still young. The age limit for OND is 26.

Just for information sake,
ICSL recruits contract staffs on behalf of Guaranty Trust bank, and so does Micheal Stevens. ICSL recuits only OND and HND , the Bsc. recruitment is done by the Bank HR, all the best to does who are applying .

My people,ICSL is a recruitment organization that says it assist polytechnic graduates secure dream jobs in banks.Going for a test at ICSL entails that you get to their office as early as 6:00a.m.,after which you and your hard earned credentials are subjected to demeaning scrutiny.If eventually you scale through you will be taken into their test room,where you will be given seemingly easy questions.The catch is that your scripts will be marked under 1 hour and results announced, to your utmost surprise you will discover you have been marked down.what you miss will be deducted from your total score.The test notwithstanding,I witnessed a young lady that slept all through the duration of the test and went straight to the office of someone she knew,apparently to 'use leg'.If you eventually get the job,you will get your salary from ICSL and not from the bank i.e. you are a staff of ICSL and not the bank,part of the requirements is that they will deduct their commission for some months, I know it is hard getting for jobs,but ICSL? , I beg
