The Ijaw nation has always been known all over the world for its rich cultural heritage. The centenary celebration of King Ibanichuka Ado of Okrika is one of the numerous cultural festivals which attracts different people from all over the Ijaw nation

Okrika people are really proud of King Ibanichuka Ado and they came out en masse to celebrate their rich cultural heritage through an elaborate boat regatta. The event witnessed many cultural displays and entertainments.
