Key responsibilities:

Define a strong talent brand together with robust attraction and retention strategies
Develops practical performance management processes
Develops effective internal communications programmes
Create a talent identification programme and planning for succession
Build reward philosophies and programmes to energise individual and team performance
Lead a focused, flexible and resourceful HR providing a diverse generalist HR Service

QUALIFICATION
Minimum of OND in relevant field of study
Previous experience of supporting a business through a period of high growth
Developing HR policy and processes
