Am a pharmacist and i can only say the Risk of dying from liver failure is higher from accidental overdose than deliberate suicide attempts tho Paracetamol is a safe and effective painkiller when the correct amount is taken. GIVE HER LOTS OF WATER N ALABUKUN. SHE WILL THROW UP AND BE FINE. To be honest, i think you are lucky twas just paracetamol... Be careful and keep drugs away from kids.. It could have been a more potent drug.... God bless you |

Take her to the hospital, let them put her on iv drip Normal saline and let them.give her medical activated Charcoal I don't think Paracetamol blood levels tests are readily available in Nigeria I am a Medical Doc 1 Like |
