Do u tnk an host with 6gig bandwidth and 3gig HDD is ok for my site with d nature:

For a start, YES but only if you have moderate page views like less than 5000 and also do not have heavy files there.

You have to improve later on though but okay for now I'm sure.

That depends on the traffic you are expecting. Since is a word tutorial, such site will have heavy traffic for a start. Also consider the hosting provider using SSD for their storage.
