Hybrid Rice As ‘Bioreactors’ for New Drug Testing and Mass Sterilisation in Nigeria

Paris: Leaked documents obtained after the first meeting of Intelicor in 2017, shows that there is a covert plan by pharmaceutical companies, agro-technology firms, multi-lateral agencies, foundations, international and local billionaire businessmen to use Nigeria as the World’s testing ground for the new drug developments using hybrid rice as so-called ‘bioreactors’. The plan involves eliminating all natural indigenous rice varieties in Africa and replacing them with Hybrid and transgenic varieties. The introduction of Hybrid Rice has been supported by the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA Biotechnology Center), a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation organisation. The African Centre for Biosafety criticised AGRA for pushing GMOs and Hybrid crops into Africa to serve the business interests of Western agro-conglomerates. The Hybrid Rice is touted to be resistant to BLB (Bacterial Leaf Blight), a dreaded rice disease and said to be stress tolerant (Stress Tolerant Rice for Africa and South Asia (STRASA) by IRRI and AfricaRice both funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation). The Hybrid crops (including rice) would give increased yield for the first generation, but if replanted, the second generation may not even attain 30% of the first yield! Small farmers cannot save the seeds and must always go to the Western or Chinese seed companies for purchase of the patented seeds. Costs have gone as high as 30 times compared to the start up costs in Asia, where it was first introduced, and yields have declined [see Hybrid Rice in Asia, an unfolding threat]. However, the threat in Africa is fundamentally different, it is designed for the sole purpose of Biological Colonialism and Genocide of an entire race of people using Hybrid and GMO crops [see The Silent GMO Sterilization of the Human Race]. The small African farmers would be put out of business, while profits for Western big agro-business would skyrocket. Some African billionaires hope to reap huge profits and are helping with image laundering under carefully orchestrated philanthropy deception [see How to End Hunger].
Western big agro-businesses are seeing opportunities to use Africa as the testing ground from new drugs incorporated into Hybrid Rice. Plants have been successfully used to produce recombinant cytokines, vaccines, antibodies, and other proteins. Rice (Oryza sativa) has been used as a potential plant for recombinant protein expression system which could be used for development of effective contraceptive vaccines [see Sirinivasan et al., 1995]. After successful transformation, transgenic rice cells can be either regenerated into whole plants or grown as cell cultures that can be upscaled into bioreactors for human albumin and other drugs [see Yang et al., 2011]. The technology for mass sterilization programs has been demonstrated [see Sriraman et al., 2004].
Eugenics and population controllers are extremely delighted at the prospect of total Genocide of the African population especially in Nigeria and Kenya using contraceptive food crops since they would not succumb to taking the contraceptives by themselves. They must be force fed with GMOs and Hybrids for total sterilisation!
There is outrage at the Biotechnology Centre, Ebonyi State University and the National Cereals Research Institute (NCRI), Badeggi, Niger State, Nigeria. The Choice of rice varieties by farmers and consumers and the rate at which farmers in Ebonyi state go for new rice varieties at the expense of indigenous varieties have become a source of worry to scientists in Nigeria [see Oko et al., 2012a]. They emphasise that the overall cooking quality and physico-chemical attributes of some of the indigenous rice varieties were even relatively better than the newly introduced hybrid varieties. The Nigerian scientists do not think that the Hybrid Rice is welcome progressive developments rather caution that, farmers should therefore be critical in accepting new varieties that may not be comparably outstanding in a holistic sense, in order to preserve the integrity of the all-cherished indigenous rice varieties [Oko et al., 2012b].

Politicians across Africa are not listening! They are shrouded in ignorance, taking photo-ops with Western billionaires and enticed by bribes from Western and Chinese agro-conglomerates for personal political and financial gains. Most are selling out their people into Biological Colonialism, abject poverty and extinction in the near future. As one respected African Social Critic said, ‘the Colonisers took our oil, minerals and now they are taking our food, just because of poor leadership’. American and European companies are fleeing the U.S. to try out their drugs in Africa because of lawsuits. In the United States, the Center for Food Safety and the Humane Society of the United States have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for approving several controversial animal drugs (Ractopamine) used in food production without examining fully how they affect people, animals and the environment. The EU, China and Russia have banned U.S. pork from pigs fed with ractopamine. European regulators have vowed that soon no imports of food would be allowed into the EU market from most Sub-Saharan African countries because of gene pollution from GMOs and hybrid crops. There would be no hope for African agriculture to become a major foreign currency earner, leaving the once pristine lands with poisoned fields of wastelands. Africa could see large population of people used for pharmaceutical clinical trials of new drugs in food without consent. The prospect of population extinction using Hybrid Rice may well become reality in not too distant future. Intelicor in the leaked document through personal communication called for an emergency session of the AU leaders to take bold actions to uphold the precautionary principles in the African Model Law on Biosafety and signed into law in the Cartagena Protocol to Save Africa!

Sorry about that, just read through the article and I must say it's an eye opener, but the article still have some element of propaganda and conspiracy theory embedded in it.

1. There were several citation of possibilities of events suggesting the plot, but I can't find any citation to any research work verifying that these "bioreactors" has been confirmed in these hybrids.

2. My question still stands, to what good will mass sterilization effect that will spur "them" to bio-engineer hybrid rice as a weapon of mass extinction.

3. How long before this mass sterilization is possible, cos a good percentage of rice farmed in Nigeria are hybrids and from the look of things, it's like their experiment failed

Care to answer the above?

Phylogentic Analysis of the Relatedness among Genes for Resistance to Bacterial Leaf Blight Disease in Different Crop Species

Rice is one of the most important staple foods for the increasing world population, especially in Ebonyi State. Diseases are among the most important limiting factors that affect rice production. More than 70 diseases caused by fungi, bacteria, viruses or nematodes have been recorded on rice among which bacterial leaf blight disease caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae is...
